There is Leased Driver Agreement (LDA) that must be signed for insurance purposes. Once this is executed, we are ready to provide you with quality CDL drivers that meet your specific requirements.
We need to know your specific driver requirements. We also need an estimate to the length of time that a driver might be needed.
We require that all of our drivers:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Have a current CDL, DOT Physical and no more than three minor violations on a current MVR
- Pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen
- Have at least two years of verified driving experience in the previous three years
- No failed drug screens or a refusal of a drug screen
- No felony convictions, DUI’s or DWI’s in the past ten years
We encourage clients to interview and road test drivers.
While under your dispatch, you have total control over the direction and duties of any drivers we have supplied. By understanding the demands of our clients, we make each driver aware of what is expected of them before they accept any assignment.
We take full responsibility for workman’s compensation related injuries. By utilizing our service, you will never again see your insurance rates or premiums increase due to medical bills and time off work due to work-related injury. We will send the driver to our treatment center for medical attention and handle all subsequent issues.
Our temp to perm program is eighteen (18) weeks. Once you have used a driver for eighteen consecutive weeks and a minimum of 720 hours the driver can be placed on your payroll as your employee at no additional costs. If you want to hire a driver to go on your payroll at any time, prior to the completion of the eighteen weeks, a $6,000 placement fee would apply. As a part of our driver staffing services, we also offer a driver recruitment program where we will recruit drivers to your specific qualifications and if you decide to hire the driver you will be charged a onetime fee of $3,495.
If you must cancel your order, just call our office and notify one of our dispatchers prior to the report time. We will call the driver and advise driver of the cancellation.
Call us immediately and notify a Customer Service Representative of the items the driver has and we will contact the driver with the instructions to return them immediately. If for any reason there is an item that has not been returned, we will hold the drivers paycheck in our possession until you have received all of your company property back.
We ask you to call our office and we will replace that driver immediately. We can dispatch another driver 24 hours, seven days a week. We also guarantee our service. If you are not satisfied with the performance of our driver, you will not pay.
Simply complete and sign our time sheet and fax it to our office by 10am the following Monday. You have net 5 days to send payment in full to USA Drivers. You have 24 hours from receipt of the invoice to dispute anything on the invoice.
We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card on file will be billed 24 hours after the date of the invoice.

As the employer we are responsible to maintain the DQ file on all our drivers. We also offer our clients an auditing program that will ensure your DQ files are compliant. Our software is the same as the DOT and our process can mock an audit that would be performed. We will offer consultations, resolution to any problems found and a corrective action for you going forward. Contact us for more information on these services.
Certified Class A Drivers, Class B Drivers and specialty drivers. Our truck drivers have a minimum 2 years of verifiable experience. They have endorsements that you will need form Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles and Passenger. Our drivers can operate your box truck, dry van and flatbed. Our Class B drivers can handle dump trucks, boom trucks, car hauling and more.
